Hardscape Project Warranties
Twins Lawn Service would like to thank you for choosing us as your preferred landscape and hardscape installer.
Granite:
The craftsmanship and workmanship of the granite installation are subject to the instructions, terms and conditions set forth below in the Limited Warranty Information.
Warranty period begins from date of completed construction for a period of 2 years. All material is covered as specified by manufacturer and not subject to this warranty. Warranty covers broken or cracked granite that is damaged during installation. Warranty covers loose granite and settlement of granite steps in excess of 3/4” compared to adjacent pavers, walls, or stair treads.
The guarantee does not cover the following:
- Warranty is void if alterations or changes are made to the granite by anyone else other Twins Lawn Service, LLC.
- Warranty does not cover naturally occurring efflorescence of granite, stains, or any damage due to uncontrollable circumstances.
- Warranty is void if high pressure water is used to clean the surface or joint lines of the granite.
- Warranty is void if new excavation, digging, or soil removal occurs within 4 feet of the granite installation.
- Tree roots from existing trees can damage patios, walkways and granite steps. We do not offer a warranty to protect the granite from damage or lifting caused by existing tree roots.
- Natural occurrences and acts of God are not covered by the warranty.
- Shifted or sunken granite due to improper use such as vehicles or lawn mowers driving on or off the edges are not covered under the warranty.
- Late Payment: all final payments are due upon completion of work. Late payments for paver or granite projects will result in the termination of the warranty.
- Warranty does not include dusting, pitting, or efflorescence; covers craftsmanship and workmanship only.
Patio:
The craftsmanship and workmanship of the patio installation are subject to the instructions, terms and conditions set forth below in the Limited Warranty Information.
Warranty period begins from date of completed construction for a period of 2 years. All material is covered as specified by manufacturer and not subject to this warranty. Warranty covers broken or cracked pavers that are damaged during installation. Warranty covers loose pavers, loose edge restraints, and settlement of pavers in excess of 3/8” compared to adjacent pavers, walls, or stair treads.

- Warranty is void if alterations or changes are made to the paver system by anyone else other Twins Lawn Service, LLC.

- Additional joint sand is not covered by the warranty.

Warranty covers broken or cracked wall blocks that are damaged during installation. Warranty covers loose blocks, loose caps, and settlement of blocks in excess of 1” compared to adjacent pavers, walls, or stair treads.
The guarantee does not cover the following:
- Warranty is void if alterations or changes are made to the wall system by anyone else other Twins Lawn Service, LLC.
- Warranty does not cover naturally occurring efflorescence of blocks or any damage due to uncontrollable circumstances.
- Warranty is void if high pressure water is used to clean the surface or joint lines of wall caps.
- Warranty is void if new excavation, digging, or soil removal occurs within 4 feet of the finished wall system.
- Tree roots from existing trees can damage walls. We do not offer a warranty to protect the wall from damage or lifting caused by existing tree roots.
- Natural occurrences and acts of God are not covered by the warranty.
- Shifted or sunken walls due to improper use such as vehicles or lawn mowers driving on or off the edge, or into the wall, are not covered under the warranty.
- Late Payment: all final payments are due upon completion of work. Late payments for paver projects will result in the termination of the warranty.
- Warranty does not include dusting, pitting, or efflorescence; covers craftsmanship workmanship only.
Limited and Additional Warranty Information
Twins Lawn Service is not liable for any other warranties, expressed or implied, orally or in writing, by any Twins Lawn Service Employee. The terms of this warranty can only be amended by a Twins Lawn Service, LLC owner and customer. There will be no cash refunds if the customers agrees to allow Twins Lawn Service the opportunity to implement the terms of this warranty. Warranty is void on any past due accounts.
This warranty shall be void and will not apply to patios installed by Twins Lawn Service then subsequently repaired, adjusted, moved or modified by an individual or entity other than Twins Lawn Service, LLC.
